Sara Evans to perform in Bristol

BRISTOL, Va. – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol announced a special live performance by multi-platinum entertainer Sara Evans on Saturday, Dec. 6.The social media pre-sale for Sara Evans at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11. The general sale will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 12.As the fifth most-played female artist on country music radio over the last two decades, Evans has No. 1 singles on Billboard's country songs to her credit, including "No Place That Far," "Suds In the Bucket," "A Real Fine Place to Start," "Born to Fly" and "A Little Bit Stronger."Several of these hits spent two weeks in the top spot and were certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. Fifteen of her songs have made the top 20 list.Evans travels around the world playing more than 70 shows each year. Her voice has earned her the prestigious Academy of Country Music Top Female vocalist accolade, as well as numerous nominations for the American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Country Music Association, CMT and Grammy Awards.The CMA awarded Video of the Year honors to Evans in 2001 for her chart-topping single "Born to Fly" from her double-platinum album of the same name.
